Do your bicycles have a lock ?

Yes, all our bikes a equipt with a fixed mounted lock


Do your bicycles have lights ?

Only our Ebikes are equipt with light front and back. In case you woud like to have lights on fx a mountainbike you can purchase a set with cheap battery lights. You will find these unter "accessories"


Do you deliver bicycles?

Yes, We do offer a delivery service on RØMØ. If you would like the bikes you ordered to be delivered and collected, please enter 5:00 p.m. as the time AND activate the delivery option  in the shopping cart. 

* Delivery to holiday homes only. No delivery to camping/mobile home pitches without prior consultation and consent of us.

The last day of rental
Pick-up takes place on the last day of rental from 5 p.m. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to say in advance where the tour will start or how long it will take. That is why we rely on all customers having their bikes ready for collection from 5 p.m. Please make sure that the bike keys are in the lock. If you have an e-bike, make sure that the chargers are there. Please leave the trailer in a clean condition.


Can I extend my bike rental spontaneously?

Please call us on your last rental day at the latest. We will check whether - and until when - an extension would be possible. For limited items such as child trailers, trekking and mountain bikes, electric bikes - there is often already a new renter. The majority of our customers book well in advance.


At what time will my bicycles  be delivered / collected

We start every day at around 5 p.m. to deliver or pick up your ordered bikes. Unfortunately, it is not  possible to say in advance where the tour will start or how long it will take.  That is why we rely on all customers having their bikes ready for collection from 5 p.m. Please make sure that the bike keys are in the lock. If you have an e-bike, make sure that the chargers are there. Please leave the trailer in a clean condition.


My rental bike is broken/flat, what should I do now?

We offer a free breakdown service for OUR bikes during our opening hours. You can find our servicetelephone number on every contract and on every bike. In the event of a breakdown, we try to help as quickly as possible and usually bring a replacement bike with us. This service is only offered during our opening hours and on the island of Rømø.ompany, describe what you do and what makes you unique.


My own bike is broken/flat, can you help me ?

Just to clarify, we are a bike RENTAL and not a bike REPAIR shop. Also, not all of our employees are bike mechanics and/or trained to repair bikes.  Generally during the summer months we are extremly busy and you should plan on leaving your bicycle for about a week or longer. In case we know that we cannot repair your bike in a week, we can put you in touch with a colleague. In case you can repair your bike your self its good to know  we have a small shop where you can buy parts to do minor repairs on your bike yourself. Right outside our shop you will find a repairstand with tools etc.


I Would like to make a reservation.

Please note we do not take reservations by phone. Thanks to our simple booking system, booking online is quick and easy. If you book for a longer period, your discount will be calculated automatically.
